The best way solve this problem is the government should enforce the new law and impose fines if these anti-vaccine groups violate the rules. In addition, an online vaccine recruitment campaign is so that anti-vaccination groups are aware of the importance of taking vaccines so that their safety from covid-19 disease is not affected.
